For the past 20 years Brad Lepe has been working and developing race teams/ setup packages in speedway. With full time experience from race teams such as Halls Motorsport (Steven Lines) Pestka Motorsport (Daniel Pestka), Jenkin Racing (Dylan Jenkin), BK Racing (Brad Keller), Zenith Motorsport (Craig Van Der Stelt) GSR (Glen Sutherland). 

Brad has developed a diverse skillset from workshop setup, race day crewing, sponsorship proposals, media content writing, transporter driving or contract whole team crew chief and management.
